Privacy Policy
KYNTHA (“we”, “us”) builds Aria, an AI companion. This policy explains what we collect through kyntha.com and our waitlist, and what we do with it. Aria herself isn’t available yet; when she is, the app will come with its own privacy policy.
Who we are
[[COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME]], [[COMPANY_ADDRESS]]. Questions: founders@kyntha.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Sign-up details: which form you used (top or bottom of the page), when you signed up, and how you found us — the campaign tag in the link you followed (for example utm_source) or the site that referred you. To remember the campaign tag while you browse, we keep it in your browser’s session storage; it’s cleared when you close the tab.
- Basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider processes to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Cookie-free visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed and which site referred you, counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies or build a profile of you.
We don’t use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
How we use it
- To send you beta invites, product updates and new videos of Aria.
- To understand which channels bring people to the waitlist, and which parts of the site people visit.
We don’t sell or rent your email address, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, cookie-free visit statistics and a backup copy of the waitlist.
- EmailOctopus — storing the waitlist and sending our emails.
They handle your data on our behalf and only to provide their services to us. They may process it in the United States and other countries.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at founders@kyntha.com. We’ll reply within 30 days.
- If you’re in the EU, the UK or California, these are your rights by law; we extend them to everyone. In the EU and UK we rely on your consent to email you, and you can withdraw it at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Adults only
KYNTHA is for adults (18+). We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we’ll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the effective date. If a change is significant, we’ll also tell you by email.
